SHIPPING POLICY

For orders under $25 there will be a $6.99 fee for standard shipping.
All orders over $25 are free standard shipping.
2-3 day priority shipping is available for $9.99.
Free priority shipping on orders over $35.
Special arrangements can be made with ample notice.
All orders are shipped within two business days, while larger orders may experience a slight delay.
It is recommended that orders containing live animals or plants be shipped priority to ensure the health and well being of the items received.
We do not ship internationally.

We have a 30 day return policy on any non-living products that are unopened.
Buyer must pay return shipping to our address that can be found in the "Contact Us" menu tab.
Live plants or animals are not eligible for return.
If you have any claims please send a photo of your package in the way you received it before opening it and another photo of the contents.
