Rinse with hot water upon receiving.
Place fish food inside as bait for worms.
Place trap at the bottom of your tank, making sure it’s slightly buried in your substrate.
If you have shrimp or other small tank dwellers be sure to follow the third step to avoid them becoming trapped inside looking for food.
Remove after a few hours to inspect amount of worms collected. 
Clean traps out with hot water to thoroughly remove worms and eggs they may have laid. 
Repeat steps 2-6 daily until planaria/detritus worm populations have decreased.
